KING & SHAXSON CAPITAL MARKETS, S.V., S.A. has a Regulation for the Customer Defence and makes available to its customers a Customer Service Department, which will be in charge of dealing with complaints and claims that customers may present related to their interests or legally recognised rights.
Any complaint or claim must be addressed in writing to:

Complaints or claims received by KING & SHAXSON CAPITAL MARKETS, S.V., S.A. will be answered within a maximum period of two months from their submission to the Customer Service Department.
If the Client does not agree with the reply received or if the aforementioned period has elapsed without the claim having been resolved, he/she may send his/her claim in writing (according to the standard form available here) to:
